Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your City Ride account and the data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the City Ride app and sign in.
Go to the Account / Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email support@starlightride.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What happens to your data

When your account is deleted:

Deleted: your profile (name, email, phone), saved places, push-notification tokens, chat messages, ratings you wrote, and login credentials.
Retained, then deleted: completed trip and payment records may be kept for up to 7 years where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations. After the retention period they are permanently deleted and are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose.
